Ordering

All orders that placed on-line are processed via our secure server. All information you submitted is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold.
Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your products, plus any shipping and handling fees, and sales tax (if applicable). In addition, we accept authorized company purchase orders by mail, fax or email. Our phone number is 860.963.1231, our fax number 860.963.7178, and our email address sales@creativeenvelope.com. Orders will be acknowledged by email with an estimated shipping schedule on the day received.

Shipping

Creative Envelope as a matter of good customer service makes every effort to adhere to the shipping schedule for each order, but does not guarantee delivery dates. If changes to orders in process or other unforeseen circumstances arise, we will strive to minimize delays. Creative Envelope ships f.o.b. Putnam, Connecticut USA by common carrier, by air, by ocean and by expedited delivery services worldwide. We regret we cannot ship to post office boxes. 

Payment terms

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and company checks against authorized, approved purchase orders “outside” of our e-commerce website. Past-due balances are subject to interest charges. 

Cancellations, returns, damage

Orders in production will, if canceled, incur a penalty. Goods may be returned only with prior authorization from Creative Envelope. In general, custom orders or merchandise that is not in new condition may not be returned. Claims for damage in transit must be filed with the delivering carrier.
